DEPOSITS OF $500 ARE DUE AT TRYOUTS FOR RED LEVEL TEAMS AND $400 FOR ALL OTHER LEVELS. THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE SPLIT BETWEEN 5 PAYMENTS DUE ON THE 15TH OF OCTOBER, 15TH OF NOVEMBER, 15TH OF DECEMBER,15TH OF JANUARY, AND 15TH OF FEBRUARY, TOTAL PAID BY FEBRUARY 15TH.

TRYOUTS WILL BE HELD AT SPECTRUM SPORTS ACADEMY (IN THE FRONT SECTION) FOR ALL LEVELS. TRYOUT TIMES LISTED BELOW ARE FOR BOTH ROANOKE UNITED VOLLEYBALL AND NEXT REVOLUTION VOLLEYBALL.

Tryout registration fee is $65.00 per player (via online registration) prior to August 15.
Registration fee will increase to $75 beginning August 16th till September 1st, and registration fee will be $85 September 1st till day of tryouts.
Tryout fees are non-refundable except for the case of an injury that causes a player to be written out of participation by a medical note.
TRYOUT EVALUATIONS
HOW WILL TRYOUTS WORK THIS YEAR?
In an effort to have the best players playing together on the strongest teams, on the day of tryouts coaches from both clubs will evaluate players and work to place players together based on their skills and position.
Players should be sure to include a primary and secondary position on their registration form. For example if a player primarily is a setter but has experience as a libero, they should place that down also.
Players may tryout for an age group above their own; however, players who are not selected for the older age group team are REQUIRED to attend their age group tryout; no exceptions will be made.
Coaches with both clubs will evaluate and develop rosters for offers which will be submitted to the Next Revolution and Roanoke United Board of Directors for review and approval prior to ANY offers being extended. OPEN TEAM offers will be made AT TRYOUTS at the end of each tryout session (more information on how this will take place in the coming weeks).
Special consideration for team placement will be made in the event of siblings who would like to play in the same club however not necessarily the same team.
