Roanoke United is committed to developing our players both as athletes and as individuals, and creating a positive environment in which learning and development is fostered. Our coaches strive to help players learn about the mental and physical skills of the game, being good teammates, exhibiting good sportsmanship, leadership, and developing a healthy relationship with competition.

Growth: The volleyball court is the learning lab of life, where young athletes learn to be teammates, work toward a common goal, manage conflict, take feedback, develop leadership, self-regulate, fail forward, and many other things. Volleyball is a great vehicle for growth.
